Founded in 2018 by Clark Harvey, Arrowhead Talent Solutions is a full-service executive search firm that specializes in filling salaried, professional level roles, primarily in the manufacturing industry. Every search uses our proprietary Arrowhead Search Process that we have designed to leave no stone unturned when hunting for game-changing talent. Some elements of the Arrowhead Search Process include:

  • Treating every job opening as a marketing project, meaning we will aggressively market your job opening through a minimum of 7 channels in addition to reaching out directly to prospects.

  • Utilizing an extensive screening process to determine which candidates are the best fit for your company and position. It is our goal to submit at least 3 high-quality candidates for consideration.
